"Date night for my husband and I. We started with flights. All the alcohol was so good. We both decided on a 10oz of the sour cherry after our flights. We got a flatbread pizza to start. We ate pretty much the whole thing before I took a pic. I got the fish tacos and my husband got the shrimp tacos. The tacos were a set of 3 but we both ate one before getting picture. Delicious food, very clean atmosphere, friendly staff and great waiter. We will definitely be coming back again!!"

"My husband and I stopped in because we were staying at a local B&B. The atmosphere and service were amazing from start to finish! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was beyond amazing! The corn & shrimp chowder was literally the best soup I have ever eaten! My husband's burger was a huge portion for the price! The fish tacos we're perfect and the sauce was delicious! We would love to return in the future!"

"If you know, you know. 1787 is nestled into downtown Hamburg so it's a bit off the beaten path. That said, I think of it as a well kept secret. The atmosphere is rustic and very inviting. The staff are all extremely friendly. The service is prompt and very attentive and the food and drink options are varied and excellent. My most recent visit was my fourth time there and my wife's first and we left the restaurant with full bellies and feeling like 1787 is a place that we'll return to over and over again."
