"It was a little bit of a drive to get there but well worth the effort. The wife ordered the "cheesy, cheesy steak sandwich" and I ordered a "double hamburger with lettuce, tomato and pepper-jack cheese." I had to take one of the patties off the bun so I could bite into the burger. I also got the "house fries," that I enjoyed but the wife did not care for them. She did devour the steak sandwich in no time at all. A great experience, we will return and maybe even try one of the many beers that are brewed in site."

"There is something about little breweries in the middle of nowhere. Alchemy fits the bill. It is a great spot about 10min from Sparta. They had 4 of their own beers on tap on my last stop (all pretty good) but also have a great lineup of guest taps to fit your taste. The space is very clean and modern with shuffleboard, pool, etc. Looks like a nice outdoor space to sit and look at the rolling farm lands in western WI come summer. The service was great and I plan to be back next time I pass by."
