"This Outpost takes bar/brewery to the next level!! The bartender explained that everything is sourced from their own farms and facilities like the hops, the bees for honey, etc. So cute inside too - modern + farm house make for a warm but fresh interior. Not to mention, the employees are soo nice, helpful, and knowledgable about their beers they serve. I got the Sahti and the Wayfair beers, I highly recommend those. If you come to New Platz, you're seriously missing out if you don't swing by for a mouth watering taste of heaven!!"
