We asked the bartender what his favorite drink was here and he made one for us and that was definitely a winner for me."

"The Belgian Porter is fantastic, my husband was a little less enthusiastic about the Vestri IPA. Beer is definitely personal to pallet so don’t let opinions on beer decide. The location is nice, gorgeous brick walls inside. The buildings of Columbia are gorgeous & unique. And DOG friendly. Super happy our pup had some AC … it gets hot out."

"Hubby loved the marzen which is similar to an octoberfest. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and got food from the food truck. I don’t know how often they have food trucks. I don’t like beer so I wish they had some more options for those of us who don’t like beer."

"Asgard Brewing Co. is a fine example of a popular local spot that somehow remains under the radar. There are a wide array of different styles available under their own brand, but Asgard also carries a solid Belgian selection in the fridges next to the bar. The bartenders are knowledgeable with their products and very willing to offer suggestions/recommendations for your next pint. Food trucks are readily available outside for patrons with the munchies, but you'll want to retreat back inside to enjoy the good vibes. I'm not able to get here as often as I'd like, but it's always a wunderbar time. Highly recommend this gem. Skål!"
