"This brewery by far has the best fired cheese cake I have EVER tasted. The beer is selection is prime. The food, worth the drive, located in downtown Sylva NC. This must be a pit stop on your next road trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating to your every need. I only shred one bite with my Husband. Sorry, not sorry. PS we did order and second fried cheese cake for him to try."
