"I think you might need a new events coordinator… We love to go here for berry picking in the summer, but it is a total nightmare on weekends in the fall for apple picking - extremely poorly managed for the amount of people visiting. Tickets must be purchased from cars and shown to parking attendants prior to being admitted to the parking lot. Even with online sales available, we waited in line in our car for over 30 minutes from the road just to enter the farm. Once we finally parked, we found that the bathroom accommodations were awful. 5 Porta-John’s and 3 women’s stalls for thousands of people entering on the weekends. No toilet paper in most stalls throughout our entire time there, and the attendants don’t even seem to care. We don’t have children, but I felt horrible for all the parents trying to navigate diaper changing. 1 changing table in the women’s room! For an event of this scale in the fall, the farm needs at least 5 additional Porto-John’s and a designated staff member to manage bathroom facilities. The bathroom situation was appalling and unacceptable for the amount of money being brought in. We saw no security at this event, which is absolutely mind-boggling in this day in age for a venue with this scale of people. I saw young people entering the facilities holding 4 packs of alcohol, and even a man urinating in the parking lot near the cars! We spent most of the time there waiting in line. By the time we were done with our drinks, we were ready to leave before even Apple picking."

"Let me just tell you...It was worth the wait to get in! Our family came for a OP COM event with the military. We had a great day there!! Fantastic service in all areas! Smiling faces were in abundance! The place was incredible! Donuts and cider were delicious! There was live music and wine tasting! We picked just right, beautiful apples! We played in all kid the areas. The corn mase was definitely "tricky" but we found the exit! Our kids were wore slap out!! It's a win! Definitely want to go back!"

"First experience there. When we got in Angela and the young ladies on the entrance were super helpful and welcoming.The ambiance was so relaxing and clean. The staff was friendly. I honestly did not expect to see the live band,animals, bar,quick bite restaurant, and just the environment we were in. My husband is obsessed with concord grades and when we found out we can pick from the vineyard.. it's was the coolest experience we've had in a long time and just beautiful and we love it there. "We were in town for a wedding and met everyone at Becker Farms for a day of fun. There truly is something for everyone. The kids had fun on the bounce mat and slides. The hard cider was delicious, and the donuts too! The goat race was adorable. We will definitely want to come back when we have the opportunity. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"Went today . Upon arrival , everything looked lovely and well tended to until we got to the brewery and ordered food. The pizza took a really long time and it was burnt when it arrived. Couldn't even split the pieces. The crust just broke off. The hostess at the counter was more interested in twirling her hair than cleaning up tables or the what could be lovely seating area. When we finally addressed the burnt pizza the cook really could care less and just shrugged his shoulders. The walkway to the bathrooms were over run with plants and vines that needed trimming and the bathroom garbage was overflowing and on the floor at 3 pm. Most employees were really young and didn't seem to care. Unfortunate . So much going on there . Great potential. Not enough workers. A wedding was getting started so probably where the attention was being focused... cider and beer was good."
