Flight of four above at Brewery Ardennes - Belgian Lager, Grand Cru Tripel, Blackberry Sour, Belgian IPA
Brewery Ardennes is a Belgian-inspired craft brewery & farm to table kitchen in New York's scenic Finger Lakes Region in Geneva, NY just off Seneca Lake. Located in one of the most unique structures you'll see across New York State's brewery scene, the Brewery Ardennes complex was once home to a large sheep breeding farm, known as Bellwood Farms. It eventually grew to encompass 800 acres in Geneva. Its founder Katharine Lewis endeavored to become a world-class sheepbreeder and built a massive 15,000 barn complex in 1909 that was home to 2,000 thousand Shropshire sheep. Unfortunately, fires in 1912 and 1930 claimed much of the original Sheep Barn complex.
