"Came in for some flights, wanted to come to this brewery for a while. While the main taproom was closed for a private event, the Mixing Room was open next door. Inside was sparsely decorated and quiet - only two other parties were there on a Saturday afternoon.
Beer was decent, although we got some uneven pours. I don’t love their flight setup, and it takes up a lot of space (and empty space in the glass), despite how small each 4oz pour is. They had a few IPAs and a decent Saison that had a good plum taste. Sadly the Pilsner was kicked, which my partner and I both wanted to try. Also wanted the Pastry stout, but decided against it as we had other stops we wanted to make.
Service was fine and the space is nice, just wish they had more to offer. They did have some to-go beer and some bagged snacks behind the counter, but no food menu on that side of things."
