The Bullfinch brewpub's history intertwines the tales of brothers Dave and Tim Collins, influenced by their childhood love for mythology. Dave, an accomplished Brewmaster, started his journey in bartending, delving into the history of alcohol and eventually mastering the art of brewing. After honing his skills, he took over the former Gordon Biersch location in Destiny Mall in 2020, fulfilling his dream of owning a brewery. Tim Collins, the Graphic Designer, adds the finishing touch to the beer graphics through Lighting Head Design.
