"Very nice environment to relax and learn about the traditional brewing process. Great place to gather with a group of friends. A few selections of beer, all of which had nice undertones and aroma. Some food selections available. The sausages (kielbasa and bratwurst) were both excellent and the kraut on point. The fries were good quality, of the frozen variety. The pretzel was nice. Overall a wonderful place to enjoy with friends and family."

"This was a really cool brewery. It seems they’re trying to brew ales the old fashioned way with wood fires and such. It’s quite interesting to watch while they’re brewing, and it’s easy to imagine what it might’ve been like 150 years ago. Their beers were good, and I especially liked their dry stout and porter. The smell of the wood smoke adds to the overall atmosphere, and it makes for a cool historic experience. I’d recommend this to anyone with an interest in history or beer."

"This brewery has so much potential! The space itself is beautiful and unique. The outdoor patio area is a great spot when the weather is nice, overlooking the Carillon Park train. But the beer selection is lacking. There were only 4 types of beer available: a cider, a sour, a Christmas beer, and a Kolsch. The website menus need to be updated to the current offerings."
