Staff was very caring and knowledgeable about dietary restriction when we ordered one thing without bacon, and checked with us to make sure the mustard didn't have bacon in it. "The staff is incredible and the beer is phenomenal. You also get a peak of their brewing process at cousins which is always refreshing and innovative as you don't get this ability at most breweries. Cousins is consistently exceeding expectations and breaking down the wall between cosumers and Brewers by being transparent in their brewing process. They're so friendly and open to learning more about the consumer as well as growing as a brewery. My husband and I love coming here for a friendly chat as well as a great beer. 10/10 would recommend!"
