Brewing and crafting beers have been a shared passion of mine and my wife, Melanie, for many years. As we traversed through the landscapes of both the US and Europe, we made it a point to immerse ourselves in the local brewery scenes, relishing in the diverse array of flavors each region had to offer. As our homebrewing endeavors evolved and our knowledge of the craft deepened, the idea of starting our own brewery began to take shape—a venture that promised not just excitement, but a labor of love. After dedicating over a year to acquiring equipment, navigating through licensing processes, refining our brand identity, meticulously crafting brewery and beer names, and perfecting our recipes, we find ourselves on the brink of realizing our dream. With anticipation coursing through our veins, we stand poised to introduce the first brewery to our area since 1905.
