Our group of four, stumbled at Defient brewing co. on a Friday in Memorial Day weekend, and the owner was the most attentive, sweetest host imaginable. Their commitment to quality and innovation shines through in every sip. I had the pleasure of trying the Devine Light beer, and it was easily one of the best light craft beers I've ever tasted. The flavors were exceptional, leaving me eager to explore more of their offerings. The brewery itself is impressively spacious, with ample parking available. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of the drinks and experience provided. "I was a bit let down with the esthetics and atmosphere, but the beer and service were great! The place looked closed and shady when I entered the parking lot but decided to check it out regardless. I am glad I walked in as once I walked through the dark alley, It opened up into a nice wide forum with a bar on one side and seating all around. The bartender was super friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended a few beers, let me try them until I picked the poison for the day. Wasn't too pleased with their food offering either, but got myself some chips and salsa while enjoying a few more beers and finishing up work."
