"It’s a shame this place is closing after being around for 10+ years. Compared to the breweries usually in the talks of people the majority are in Portland or bigger towns. This one is more off the beaten path but that is by no means a negative aspect. It’s actually a positive part and makes them shine brighter. I regret not being able to come here during late summer or fall as it would have been a perfect patio to sit on while enjoying one of their beers. Thankfully despite shutting down the Saturday we went they had 14 beers still available and we were able to try 5 different beers. Plenty of tasty brews and was a nice change to see so many styles often ignored with no IPAs in sight. It’s a shame a brewery focused on other styles is closing in the often over-saturated market of the IPA craze. Check their social media on Saturdays to see if they are still opening and if so make your way to check it out for the first time or one last time. A brewery that will be missed in the Maine beer community."

"Amazing beer, friendly staff and an awesome location in the woods of Limerick! It’s hard to find such good lagers and German-inspired beers elsewhere. The Nord Pilsner, Oktoberfest and Maibock are my favorites. The outdoor space is especially nice for hanging out with lots of seating and space, cornhole and other outdoor games."

"While visiting with my boyfriend, we each did a flight sampling and loved every beer. We decided to do a third flight to taste all 15 beers they had to offer! Every beer has a distinct flavor, style and they are all winners. You cannot go wrong with this brewery! The landscaping was beautiful, including fire pits, picnic benches, Adirondack chairs, corn hole, and igloos to keep the bugs away. My dog was happily chilling with us in our igloo, and the staff brought a bowl of water put for him and gave doggy biscuits. This place is a GEM!!!!"

"Great variety of beers. Neat domes outside and a fire for warming, as well as tasting room seating inside overlooking the brewing area. Nice extras such as glassware, hats, sweatshirt. And to top it off, pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. Note: smokehouse truck on site for eats; didn’t try it today."

"This is definitely a hidden gem of an excellent craft brew location deep in the country but certainly well worth the drive here but we were here for a special occasion where they served six course dinner complete with six different kinds of beer all while sitting in their spacious backyard patios but on regular days they do have a lunch wagon in the back that serves excellent foods to go along with your freshly brewed cold beers"
