"My husband and I hadn’t been to Ironhill in a while and we now know that we don’t need to go back probably ever. It wasn’t horrible or horrendous. It just wasn’t worth our time or money. We ordered the soft pretzel as a starter, which actually was pretty decent and somewhat tasted like an Auntie Ann’s pretzel. From there, it was downhill. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was crisp, but very tough… my husband really likes schnitzel so he ordered the schnitzel platter and he claimed that everything on his plate had to no flavor. Our nephew ordered one of the burgers and didn’t even finish it or want to box to take it home. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but it isn’t the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to either."
