"We have been coming to this part of Maine for 30 years, but this was our first time visiting Odd Alewives. If you enjoy farmhouse style beer and rustic pizzas made from local ingredients, this is the place for you! I sampled the Odd Night, a delicious mild black ale as well as Odd Job, an IPA that is approachable for people who don’t necessarily enjoy that style of beer. Our pizza was the Sweet Pepper and Hot Honey. The peppers are grown on site and were perfectly blistered. The pizza crust was crispy, and the hot honey added the perfect amount of spice. We are definitely coming back for more!"

"I'm a.huge fan of wood fired pizza and this place might be the best I've ever had. The unique pizza toppings are so much fun yet so strange. My group was sharing their pizza so I got to try one I was not sure about, but the fiddleheads and pickled apples work so well together! I ordered the pepperoni and added mushrooms, the best pizza I've had in a while. Also I tried the Odd Ember, a smoky ale that was actually delicious and I'm not a huge fan of beers and ales."

"Very good gluten free pizza crust! Costs you an extra $7. My only hang up was how pricey it was. It cost us $65 for two pizzas, a spindrift soda and a beer. This place was great we came in on a rainy day just after a jam session and oyster happy hour. It reminded me of being in a little tavern in England. The oyster special seemed well worth it though! We'll be back on a clear day to enjoy the fire pit out back. They had two gender neutral bathrooms, each large enough for a wheelchair."

"Loved our family visit to this small brewery. Mom and dad enjoyed delicious, homemade beer and with family, they enjoyed pizzas. 1/2 acre beer garden and beautiful, rustic indoor drinking/dining area. Owner Sarah and her husband use lots of their own ingredients, several of which hang from the ceiling and infuse the air with the smell of lavender, marigolds, anise, and horehound."
