"Went with my family of 5, we had a reservation for 6pm. Arrived 20 minutes early, but the place was packed. They seated us at a cramped low top meant for 4 people in the back.
The food left a lot lacking for the price they're charging.
The fried pickles were greasy and the breading was barely holding on.
The non-fried picked were extremely sour, bordering on inedible.
The venison flatbread was simultaneously under-cooked and overcooked, as the bread was soggy but the venison was dry beyond belief. The sauce on top was nearly tasteless.
The burgers were alright, if very under-seasoned.
The pickle brined chicken sandwich was very overcooked and dry, which is hard to do to a brined piece of chicken.
The fries were small and greasy, the house ketchup none of us cared for, and were again under-seasoned.
Overall, the food is trying to be too fancy while lacking many of the essential fundamentals in cooking.
The only saving graces were the beers we ordered, and the service, which were both pretty good.
