"My wife and I came here for lunch after church (1 pm). When we walked in, there was no hostess. The hostess was doing double duty cleaning tables. After a few min, we were told it was a 20m wait, which was normal for Sunday after church. After 20 min, we were seated and placed our order. Sausage and cheese platter for an appetizer (because we were starving), Brew-B-que chicken for Trish, and a cheese burger (medium-well) for me. The appetizer came out after 20 minutes waiting at the table, and the chicken and my buger took another 20 min. The burger was medium-rare at best. The picture I took of the burger didn't really show the meat color as I had intended. While we sat waiting, we noticed the manager delivering food to help out and that the waitresses' tables seemed scattered verses grouped together. They were definitely understaffed. I know I could have sent the burger back, but after already waiting an hour, we were ready to eat and go. After 90 min, we got a to-go box and wanted the check. Our waitress went to get a card reader, and instead of coming back to check us out. She decided to get drinks and meal orders for her new customers (2 tables/10 people). Frustrated with the meal and service, we paid cash to cover the tab and left."
