Every detail tells a story of the Swiftwater passion. Kayaks embedded in the walls honor Andy’s background as a whitewater kayak instructor, while the bar and tables are handcrafted from rich black walnut, harvested from trees on Andy’s family farm.
Since opening in 2015, Swiftwater has become known for exceptional beer and a thoughtfully curated menu featuring from-scratch dishes.
