"The only reason we go to this restaurant is to hear Tom Frankeburger play, but the service and wait staff are awful. After our experience on Wednesday, Aug 7, 2024, we are finished giving them our business. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait, (which was fine) and ask if we could wait outside, (where Tom was playing). The hostess said that was ok, but we wouldn’t see a waitress for at least 30 minutes. There were only 3 tables filled out there, and 6 of those people were our friends. The waitress had a meltdown, when we sat down and went storming inside. Another person came out and demanded that we leave the table and wait in the bar area. We waited inside and not a single person was ever seated outside during this time. Finally, after being seated 30 minutes later, there were 3 different items that we tried to order, that they were out of. The salad came without the dressing, and even after asking for it, I finally went inside to get it. The excuse was that the kitchen was backed up. Don’t waste your time, unless you want an evening of frustration."
