Great beer and great food! We always enjoy our visits here. Each staff member (we were remiss and didn't get their names, but there was a young caucasian woman with fun blue hair, and a young Asian male) was chill, kind and helpful, and very knowledgeable of the food and beer menus...*with the exception of the GM Amanda. She arrived approximately 45 minutes into our 1.5 hour visit, and she stood at the far left end of the bar talking EXTREMELY loudly to the one customer seated at the bar. Every 2-3 sentences that she spoke was followed by an obnoxiously LOUD, cackling laugh. We weren't the only customers who turned to look at her, but she was completely unaware of anyone other than herself and the man she was talking to.
Her laugh was so loud, it reverberated throughout the entire space. She had zero regard for nor awareness of the customers there trying to to enjoy a night out in a comfortable setting. If she worked in a loud bar or restaurant atmosphere, sure, talk and laugh as loud as you want, but here, read the crowd and have some awareness of what your paying customers are trying to enjoy. She also did not assist her busy staff in any way. She literally stood there and loudly talked and cackled.
We left earlier than we had planned to, because we could no longer tolerate the overwhelming volume of Amanda's obnoxious laugh and incessant chatter. It just wasn't an enjoyable environment, at all.
C'mon, Amanda. You're the GM? Please try to do better."
