"Wicked cool facility; worst grilled cheese ever. If it weren’t for the side of marinara or tomato dip or whatever that was, the sandwich would’ve been completely inedible. The bread was stupid hard, the cheese was cold, and it was obvious (the register guy even told me!) that it had been prepped hours, if not days before. But I was an idiot and ordered it anyway because it was “today’s special.” I’ve now learned that “today’s special” means “we need to get rid of this!” Unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality of the beer, so my review is based on what I did consume. If you’re coming here just for the food, don’t. If you like beer and awful lot, this is a fun hop-themed amusement park."

"Very dissappointing, I should have went to Red Robbin instead. I've been coming here for years as while the food is generally pricey for self service, the food this time around, was subpar and too much salt on the popcorn and French fries, the brisket was a rock, I ended up throwing away most of my meal. One of my main concerns here, is that I don't drink alcohol anymore, in fact I stopped years, ago. Yet, as I was drinking my glass of water, I was approached randomly 5 times by servers asking me if I needed another beer. I found this really annoying, not once did anyone ask if I was enjoying my meal, they only seem to care about selling more beer. Thanks but no thanks..."

"I was excited to bring out-of-town family here on an otherwise rainy day as this brewery has great reviews and I love Perpetual IPA! After waiting 30 min in line for food and another 30 min for the beeper, an hour total for food that you pick up at a counter and tip for self-service, I was surprised to see food that I didn’t order on one of the trays. The gal said I could grab boxes and just take it home. I asked if I had paid for it and she confirmed that it was on my ticket and I had been charged. I was told that since I hadn’t opened up a food tab, I would have to go upstairs, get my credit card, and come back downstairs to get a refund for the unordered food before I would be permitted to take the hot food up to my family to eat…. So because of their mistake, we would now be further inconvenienced and have to eat cold food. I chose to keep the food that I hadn’t ordered rather than further delay the night. A bartender stopped by to kindly let us know that they were closing the upstairs but to take our time and was super sweet and offered to get a manager which I declined. I’m sure this was just an off night but I hope this review is an opportunity for management to review policies in how they handle employee mistakes that further inconvenience the customer. I do not plan to go back and find out if this was an off night as the overall experience was pretty horrible, and we have boxes of leftover overcooked food that will ultimately land in the trash, but, they do have great IPAs so that is a plus :)"

"My family has been visiting here for years and we have loved watching this brewery expand over time. Parking as well as seating is spacious. Seat yourself throughout the entirety of the brew hall. Great staff always friendly and knowledgeable (**most recent visit we had a gentleman named Chad that assisted our table and was a pleasure to talk during our brew experience**). Tours are top notch as well as the merchandise area. This business has really grow into a destination attraction not just a quick stop. Truth be told, certainly a bit calmer atmospher during a week day rather than a weekend but obviously overall Top Brewery A+. Always remember ENJOY the beer 🍺 the beer enjoys having you be there as shown in the last picture.🙂"

"The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The brisket was just ok and the fries could have been crispier. The highlight of the food was the pretzel. The malted barley added just enough of touch to make unique and it was salted perfectly. I tried it with cheese and it wasn’t the right pairing, however the mustard cream sauce was just right."
