Weis Vineyards is located on the East side of Keuka Lake, just 8 miles north of the village of Hammondsport off of state route 54.

We offer wine tastings inside our delightfully modern Tasting Space, our gorgeous old Barn, and our charming Schoolhouse.

"The wines were German and the white wines delicious. Riesling, whites and reds. Wine server was so friendly and gave information on the types of wines . They were only able to offer oyster crackers because the kitchen was being renovated. There was a nice sitting area at the back with views of the lake. The location was about an hr from Itaca. I left with a case and they offer a discount by the case. Cheers 🍷"

"When we came they were expanding and a lot of construction happening. The wine was good but the self led tasting was just thrown together for me. I didn’t know what was what. I have them 4 instead of 3 stars though because one of the workers asked how we were doing and I explained how the other staff just put bottles randomly on my tasting board and didn’t number anything. He was appalled and quickly brought me a whole new tasting and numbered everything without charging us extra. Great customer service!!"

"We LOVE Weis! We are club members (3+ years), and the wines and venue are amazing! Today we tasted with Kathy, and she provided an outstanding experience for us to review our next club wines and make changes and additions. What a joy she is!!! "Weis winery sits with a beautiful view of Keuka Lake in the finger lakes region of upstate New York. This German winery has won many accolades for its wines. We enjoyed the semi dry Rieslings and really enjoyed their selections. Such a beautiful setting with expansion happening to this younger winery. Thanks to Leslie for walking us through the tasting session and chatting about the local area. We certainly will return to this spectacular winery!"
